Refund policy

NO RETURNS/REFUNDS. If your Sea Moss Gel  arrives late and expires in the mail or glass is broken you will need to send proof of broken bottle otherwise, we will REPLACE it and pay for shipping for a speedy delivery.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items 
NO RETURNS.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges 
Exchanges are only available BEFORE your order is shipped out, if you decided you want to change an item/product you can email me at melizahwholistics@gmail.com BEFORE your order is shipped out.

if your order is above $30 it will be required to sign upon arrival so there won't be any issues and we do not want to receive chargebacks as that affects our business.
