You Are How You Live
Greeting Kings & Queens and welcome! This quote resonates with me because Tony Robbins has been a huge part of my journey especially when I first started, Tony Robbins Netflix Film " I am not your Guru " was so special to my growth and changes that I've made throughout my life.. NOW let's begin, isn't it true though? WE all know one day we will have to ascend out of this world, but we also have to remember that we are living here experiencing this BEAUTIFUL creation that was designed by The Creator of all and we NEED to live how we were intended to.
Here at Melizah Wholistics we will guide and coach you on how to approach a healthier lifestyle, including mind, body and soul and here is why it is important to take care of ourselves to prevent any sickness or diseases... (Hear me out)
"Lifestyle is moor than an important piece of health puzzle; it is the table you piece together on, the foundation upon which all aspects of well-being are built. You can take all the herbs in the world, and you can work with the finest doctors in the land, but if, for example, you never get outside and are chronically stressed out, you still won't feel well.
Basically, lifestyle is what you do, day in and day out. Fitness, sleep, work, relationships, activities, point of view, your connections with mama nature, and the environment you live in play a role in determining your overall lifestyle. Even your spiritual practices play a role because they affect how you spend your time, think, feel, connect to others, and find spiritual solace.
Improving our lifestyle habits can yield significantly improvements to your health and energy levels. Some people plunge right in, letting the momentum of big life changes carry them forward. Other people find lifestyle changes overwhelming, and they may prefer to start slowly or to tackle different aspects of their life on by one. Small changes can lead to more small changes that, over time. build up to new perspectives on life and living and well-being. But whether you're making big leaps or taking baby steps, focus on the following biggies."
I quoted this from a book I read called "Body Into Balance" By Maria Noel Groves.
I love how she broke it down and was perfectly said on how You are How You Live because it is 100% TRUE! Anything we do, eat, and say plays a huge role on how we live our lives and how we FEEL.
It's so important to analyze yourself especially if you'd like to make changes in your life to feel better, look better, and be spiritually and mentally connected to yourself to live a healthier lifestyle in all aspects; mind, body and soul.
Here at Melizah Wholistics, our mission is to encourage the youngest generations and also upcoming parents, young woman, older woman, young men, older men, that living a healthy lifestyle the Holistic approach is tapping back into our Ancestral ways. Imagine how intelligent or ancestors were?
Melizah Wholistics is bringing awareness from Ancestral ways, the closer to nature we get, the moor we get to know who WE are.
Remember we are Queens and Kings, and we RESERVE and should honor this life we have been gifted with.

1 Corinthians 6:19-20 – “Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own; you were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your bodies.”
